QA Supervisor - Brewing Beer

– Develop GMP, GHP procedures Food safety issue trouble shooting Continuous improvement in FSMS

– Develop detailed GMP standards and procedures for each product category manufacturing

– Design, verify and validate the cleaning and sanitizing method (GHP) base on current processing line at the factories

– Lead or participate in quality or cost saving based improvement projects on GMP, GHP

– Assess, audit and inspect new equipment, processing line, factory

– At least bachelor degree in Food Science/Technology or Microbiology

– At least 2 year experiences working as microbiologist, hygienist or QA responsible for 5S, hygiene and GMP

– Refer candidate understand cleaning method and have experience in processing line (understand machine design, chemical activity and food safety compliance)

– ISO 22000 – Food Safety Management Systems

– HACCP- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points System
